N&J Connect only processes the personal data necessary to answer your question or schedule an appointment. Below, you will find what we record, why, and for how long.

What data we collect

Via the contact form and the request form on the booking page:

name
company name
email address
phone number (optional)
your question (contact form), or the subject, preferred date, and preferred time slot (request form)

The website runs on Framer. Form submissions are stored in our secure Framer environment and forwarded by email to info@njconnect.nl. We measure visitor statistics with Framer Analytics: anonymously, without cookies, and without visitor profiles. If you give consent in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics.

Purpose and legal basis

What we use them for

Solely to contact you, answer your question, and potentially schedule an appointment or prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We do not send newsletters, nor do we sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Third parties

Framer, Calendly and Google Analytics

The website and forms are hosted by Framer (Framer B.V., Amsterdam). Framer processes form submissions and visitor statistics solely on our behalf.

To schedule an introductory meeting, we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States). The calendar is an external window that places scripts and cookies from calendly.com and assets.calendly.com. These will only load after you click "Agree" in the cookie notification. If you decline, the calendar will remain closed and you can use the request form. If you book via Calendly, Calendly processes the information you enter there in accordance with its own privacy policy. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how visitors use the site. For this purpose, Google Analytics places cookies (_ga) and processes your truncated IP address; Google may also process this data in the United States. If you decline, we do not load Google Analytics.

Retention period

How long we retain data

We keep your message and data, in Framer and in our mailbox, for up to three months after the last contact, unless an assignment results from it. In that case, the retention periods associated with the assignment and the statutory administrative obligation apply.

Security

How we secure your data

All data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS). Framer automatically filters form submissions for spam and abuse, and only N&J Connect has access to the submissions.

Your rights

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask at any time which data we have about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. To do so, send a message to info@njconnect.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
